We had a great day with Ale and Joaquin for a full day Vicente Perez Rosales National Park tour, with visits to Petrohue Falls and Orsono Volcano, including a nice hiking loop at Petrohue Falls and fresh trout lunch with Osorno Volcano in the background.  Ale kept the tour going at a good pace, sharing her deep knowledge of local culture and customs, fauna and geology.  She took extra effort to make sure we were enjoying the tour, answering all our questions, along with Joaquin, even providing an impromptu coaching session on how to make best use of our hiking poles.  The combined knowledge of the area between Ale and Joaquin made for an excellent tour and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Probably didn’t spell those correctly but I can’t imagine guides that could beat their level of knowledge, enthusiasm, and service. They truly love what they do and wanted to share their love of the area with us, which they did with aplomb. If I could take another trip with them I certainly would do so. Both are genuine outdoor lovers. They made a wonderful trip more wonderful than I could describe.
