Joaquín Gonzalo Cueto
Experience: Over 27 years in the tourism industry, working on transatlantic cruises, as a guide in Chile, and leading trips throughout the Southern Cone of the Americas. Fluent in English, Spanish & Portuguese.
Interesting Facts: Photography enthusiast & Football fanatic.
With a degree in Tourism Business Administration, he began his career on transatlantic cruise ships, where he learned the importance of rigor and excellence.
Although he worked as a guide in Santiago, his heart remained in Patagonia, which led him to become a Chief of Expeditions in the Southern Cone of America.
These experiences were instrumental in the creation of Let's Go Experience in 2017, along with his friend Marcel.
Since then, Joaquín has combined his passion and knowledge to create memorable experiences in this unique corner of the world, working hand in hand with our team.

Marcel González
Experience: Over 26 years in the tourism industry, working as a tour director in South America and as a guide in Patagonia. Fluent in English & Spanish.
Interesting Facts: Passionate rock music fan (Tool) and an avid reader influenced by Paul Bowles and Michael Palin.
In 2017, he began a new chapter by founding Let's Go Experience in Chile, with his friend and colleague Joaquín.
A cultured and literary individual, Marcel's passion for travel was inspired by authors such as Paul Bowles, Paul Theroux, and Michael Palin.
With two university degrees and two diplomas, and with over 20 years of management experience in 17 different companies, Marcel is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for visitors and will continue to explore and absorb all that the world has to offer for the next 30 years.

Alejandra Freund
Position: Experience Designer, Senior Travel Advisor & Trip Leader.
Experience: Over 17 years as a nature and cultural interpreter and tour director. Fluent in English, French & Spanish.
Interesting Facts: Ontological coach, passionate about dancing and succulents, currently exploring her creativity in sewing.
Ale, our enthusiastic Experience Designer and Trip Leader, found her passion for exploring the world at the age of 13 when she traveled around Chile with her family.
For her, travel is more than a pastime - it is an opportunity to connect with local people and fully embrace life.
Her career took a pivotal turn when she became a tour guide in Patagonia and realized the transformative power of sharing the life, culture, and nature of a place. With over 16 years of experience as an tour leader and interpreter of nature and culture, Ale excels at designing authentic trips.
Her in-depth knowledge of the destinations and her expertise in guiding make each journey a memorable experience, co-created for travelers who want to authentically discover the Southern Cone of America.

Marisa Zeidan
Experience: Over 25 years of experience as a tour director and local guide in South America. Fluent in English & Spanish.
Interesting Facts: Vermiculture enthusiast , Kundalini Yoga instructor.
Her journey began with a backpack and a desire to explore, leading her on a two-year odyssey through Europe, where she found her true calling in tourism.
She studied the field in Buenos Aires and honed her language skills in the United Kingdom. Since then, she has been living her dream as a tour leader and local guide in South America.
Marissa enjoys the outdoors and connecting with the unique energy of each place, whether walking through a forest or immersing herself in local cultures.
At the end of each trip, she reflects: "What did I learn? What surprised me the most? What new experiences did I have?

Fabiola Morales
Experience: Professional journalist, 10 years as a community manager, 5 years as a copywriter, Native Spanish and intermediate English.
Interesting Facts: Loves to surf, is addicted to volunteering, and a natural workaholic. She loves to read and write, although she doesn't always find the time. She does almost everything while listening to music.
After graduating, she moved from Venezuela to Chile and was unable to practice journalism but decided to focus her knowledge on Copywriting, which has been very helpful in selling brands.
At the same time, like many others looking for extra income, she developed her knowledge of digital marketing with clients who needed to make themselves known to the world, combining advertising strategy with the magic of copywriting.

Judith Meza
Experience: Over 15 years experience as a customer service and sales agent.
Interesting Facts: I like music, handcraft, DIY but my passion is BMX sport, I was a professional bmx rider winning the top title as UCI world champion in Detroit, USA in Junior Woman class.
My involvement in sports led me to travel extensively both within Chile and abroad, inspiring me to pursue a degree in Tourism.
I honed my English language skills at the Chilean-North American Cultural Institute in Santiago. Currently residing in Valdivia, southern Chile, with my husband and children, I work remotely in sales and reservations for Let's Go Experience.
This remote position allows me to balance my professional career with personal time and my ongoing physical rehabilitation due to an autoimmune disease. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of this team, as it enables me to continually expand my knowledge and, most importantly, prove to myself that anything is achievable with determination.

Paula Vasquez
Experience: Paula joined Let’s Go Experience in November 2024. Before that, she worked for about four years as a hotel receptionist in Patagonia.
Interesting Facts: In her free time, she enjoys walking in the mountains, hiking, and engaging in adventure activities.
She now lives in El Chaltén and is part of the Let's Go Experience team, where she supports the reservations and operations areas with great enthusiasm and care.
She speaks fluent English, is currently learning French, and plans to study Portuguese next.
With a strong commitment to environmental conservation, Paula is eager to deepen her knowledge of sustainable tourism and collaborate with like-minded teams. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and reconnecting with nature.
